Directions:
You can use Before or After (After is the preferred way)
Squeeze desired amount in hand 
Massage all over body
Let it sit for 2/3 minutes or however long 
Once it comes in contact with water it becomes a Milky and bubbly shower wash 
Rinse off to your desired liking of touch to feel 
Towel Pat off and your all good to go!
